Facts and history about Fernandes is very lacking from any research I ever attempt to do about the company and their guitars through the years. But, the thing that really has me stumped is that I see no truss rod adjustment, either on the headstock or at the heel, unless is so far down on the neck at the heel that it's under the PG. It also has an 8 hole single ply 50s style PG. However, it has bent steel saddles and the gold Fernandes logo, as used in the 80s and 90s, rather than the solid black one used more recently. The neck also looks like a satin finish, rather than a gloss one. I came across this Fernandes on Ebay, which in some ways looks like the current cheaper Chinese Fernandes Strats, because of the Squier like sealed tuners, and not vintage split shaft ones, as well as the fretboard looking more like IL than RW, and it looking more like a 9.5" radius neck, rather than a 7.25" one.
